The finished product is a combination of marinated meat cubes with peppers eventually onions, threaded onto skewers. Some special products contain slices of bacon eventually fruit. These products are intended for the consumer that will roast the raw/uncooked product, or grill it just before serving.
We treat the finished product with heat, by boiling, roasting or frying. We offer heat treated brochettes in a deeply frozen state to the final consumer, which heats the product prior to consuming in an oven or microwave oven.
